As our Front of House Manager, you make sure our food quality is on point, our production is efficient and consistent, and our restaurant is running as it should.

From managing our inventory and our staff to monitoring cash payments and overall costs, you are vital to our success!

When our general manager is gone, you take charge of our restaurant and make sure everything goes smoothly. You train your team on the best general practices and encourage them to do their best while closely following our culinary policies.

To get started as our Front of House Manager, we just ask that you meet the following criteria :

• 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or another hospitality business
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Excellent team-building skills

A high school degree or equivalent would be a bonus.
